As the social media support for Kidneys for Communities — a nonprofit dedicated to building community around kidney donation and kidney health awareness — I helped implement their social strategy to drive program awareness. Over the course of my time supporting K4C, the content I created across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn contributed to a 23% increase in followers and a 9.35% increase in engagement across all platforms.

While supporting Kidneys for Communities' social media efforts, I developed monthly content calendars and crafted social copy aligned with the organization's core pillars of community, education, and program awareness. Collaborating closely with the client through calls, email, and TeamWork.com, we designed custom graphics for each post and I compiled all monthly content into a comprehensive presentation deck. Each deck included the content calendar, prior month's social analytics, a content summary, social copy and graphics, hashtags, tags, and links, along with the upcoming month's calendar. Once the client approved the deck, I scheduled all posts through Metricool.
